Product Warranty

 

  • 30 Day exchange warranty service for goods deemed to have a manufacturing defect, shipping charges may apply*

  • 90 Day courtesy warranty service (will ship the defective product for repair or replacement to the manufacturer at no cost to our customer) from the original date of invoice*

  • For goods between 91 days and 1 year from the date of original invoice, a service to ship the defective product for repair or replacement to the manufacturer at a minimal cost is offered*.

Return and Exchange Policy

MRKT-IT Corporation does not offer a warranty on the following categories:


• Backup data services

• Software and data losses or damages

• Later upgrades or add-on components and defects caused by such components

• Non-hardware issues such as virus / spyware infections

• Misuse, physical damages

• Has been repaired by an unauthorized third party

• Incompatibility issues after installing new hardware or software

MRKT-IT Corporation has a 1 Year Warranty against Manufacturing Defect


MRKT-IT Corporation offers a 1 Year exchange warranty service for goods deemed to have a manufacturing defect. Physically damaged product will not be covered by the warranty. MRKT-IT Corporation reserve the right to determine whether a product is defective at its sole discretion. Some exceptions apply.
MRKT-IT Corporation also offers a courtesy warranty service for 90 days from the date of original invoice. MRKT-IT Corporation will ship the defective product for repair or replacement to the manufacturer at no cost to our customer if the product is still under manufacturer warranty. This service may have a 4-6 week turnaround time.
For goods between 91 days and 1 year from the date of original invoice, MRKT-IT Corporation offers a service to ship the defective product for repair to the manufacturer at a minimal cost (please see costing chart) if the product is still under manufacturer warranty. This service may have a 4-6 week turnaround time.

Refund & Exchange Policy

Refund Exchange

MRKT-IT Corporation offers a 14 Day refund & exchange service from the original date of invoice. MRKT-IT Corporation offers a 30 Day warranty against manufacturing defect from the invoice date. (Some restrictions may apply - please see below exceptions list for full details). If you are not satisfied with your purchase or have a product deemed to be defective and would like to request a refund or exchange, please note the following.​

 

  • Original invoice must be provided.
     

  • Original packaging and ALL of its content must be present and returned including manuals, accessories and gifts with purchase or other included or bonus items. Original package must be in good condition. Incomplete or damaged returns may be refused.
     

  • All returns for refunds will be processed with the original method of payment unless the purchase was made via online banking, in which case a cheque will be mailed out to the customer. For purchases made with a credit card, the same card used to make the purchase will be credited with the refund. For online purchases, the return period begins on the invoice date of the items.

  • Your name, address, phone number, signature and valid government-issued ID may be requested to confirm information provided.
     

  • Some restrictions apply to the 14 Day refund & exchange policy. A Restocking Fee of 10% may apply.
     

  • You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your product. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
     

  • If a refund is issued, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
